As recent as last year I could not stand the word "Pussy" and I did not use it. I would always use the word "Vagina"or "Yoni"; however people always told me that "Vagina" sounded too clinical and I quickly got bored with the word "Yoni". "Yoni" is cool but it doesn't quite evoke any feelings in me. And I must admit that after hearing so many empowered and sexually confident women use the word "Pussy" I have grown to love it. And that word in particular definitely makes my insides twitch so I can say that, yes, this word does evoke feelings within me. The word "Pussy" evokes the feelings of deep sexual vulnerability. The kind that makes you melt in surrender while feeling so damn good. I also think "Pussy" is such a beautiful word phonetically that just flows out of the mouth perfectly. Like Pussy Cats, "Pussy" it is a warm, fuzzy and sensual word and place.
Anyhow, most of you are familiar with the work I do around the Cosmic Yoni Egg that I believe all women should be working with to really tap into her Inner G in more ways than one. I have been teaching a class called "Sensual Strength Training" for the past five years in which I focus on general fitness and and cultivating a deeper relationship with our body from the inside out and that includes our sexuality. As a fitness trainer for the past 11 years I have become sadly aware of all of the body image issues that it seems like almost all of us suffer from and struggle with. However, one thing I do know for SURE is that it is vitally important for us to accept and love ourselves. All of ourselves. Everything we were blessed with and given from birth. And of course we must also constantly work on improving ourselves and maintaining our health in order for us to remain balanced throughout this lifetime. And we come into this world because our parents genitals united and produced life. Our genitals is where that powerful Kundalini FIRE is activated and should never be ignored. Sexual Energy is Powerful and our Powerful Pussies are the origin of it all. It saddens me that cosmetic surgery is on the rise in general but cosmetic surgery on the genitals is especially alarming and disturbing. Thus, I find that now, more than ever it is time for women to take out mirrors and look at our beautiful yoni's, vagina's, pussy's, punany's, cunt's...whatever you want to call her. Whatever word feels good and right to you. Love her. Pet her. It is time to massage your clitoris and observe all of the uniqueness about your look, scent, taste...love it all.
Perhaps if more women saw more images of other women's pussies/yoni's then we would realize that each one of us is unique. Like precious flowers, no two are exactly the same. I have a private facebook group for women who are working with the cosmic yoni egg and there seemed to be a wave pussy posting empowerment photos that developed from somewhere. Women felt inspired to share photos of their precious flowers and so many women began to discover how different we really are. And then, I heard through the grapevyne about a group of women who were in the group who were some place else speaking very negatively about the photos that were being posted. They even went so far as to call them "ugly." But yet, the few men who were privlidged enough to see the photos kept assuring every woman that her flower was gorgeous and that they had never seen an "ugly" one. I found this interesting because it was a clear cut example of one of the many times that women can actually be more discouraging to each other than men. Sometimes, men can be more empowering than our fellow "sisters." This is one reason why I think as we women awaken our Inner G (Goddess) that we do not close out all of the men. The ignorant, ridiculous restrictive patriarchal men...YES. But there are men who truly understand and worship the Goddess. Men who will worship at your altar and further assist in you blossoming into the Goddess you were from birth. There is much to be learned and in the video below I speak about this in more depth.
