Raw Milk and Raw Honey - Foods of the Goddess

The Bible talks about "The Land of Milk and Honey", however there is no mention of the Goddess and the traditions in which Milk and Honey were cherished and represented as symbols of the Divine Feminine.  The first fermented beverage was Honey Wine ("Mead") and it was fermented by Wild Women (known as "Maenad's") who were Bee Priestessed and keepers of the Sacred Sexual Knowledge. I will do a video soon about the Spiritual Side of Raw Milk and Raw Honey. However, for now, the video below is more about the many Nutritional and Health Benefits associated with the frequent consumption of Raw Milk and Raw Honey.

  1. Before I switched my family over to raw milk about a year ago, we were all lactose intolerant in varying degrees. After the switch, all signs of lactose intolerance disappeared. When I was pregnant, my appetite was insane and I had to have the right mix of protein and fat to keep from feeling weak and sick. A large glass of raw milk would satisfy me for at least an hour which to me was a testament to the fact that raw milk is a complete food. I am so glad we switched!

  3. Thanks for the great info, Makeda! Just to clarify on your second video though- 'expeller' pressed does not mean that heat is used- the oils are mechanically pressed and any warming is incidental/ passively occuring. The preferable option though, is 'cold pressed' oil (as you know, I'm sure), wherein the oils are actively kept cool as they are pressed.
    Blessings,
